Petition against the proposed increases of density in the Comprehensive Plan 2025 amendments.

 

We the residents demand the preservation and enhancement of the single-family residential character of our village and that the comprehensive plan strictly limit the density intensification and expansion of permitted uses which would detract from the single-family residential character of the village, impair property values, or disturb the sense of peace, security and community character that is an integral part of living in Miami Shores.
